Studied Medical Psychology at Surrey University U.K.

Her PhD thesis was based on a research in Greece on self image and self esteem of adolescents. Studied group psychotherapy and psychodrama in particular at the London Centre of Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy, and sociodrama at the Manchester School.

She lives and works in Athens and has a private practice since 1984 working with adults that face psychosomatic, and health related psychological problems. She also organizes workshops for corporate institutions on issues related to human communication and crisis management. She has been a lecturer for seven years at Piraeus University.

She is founder and director of Hellenic Institute of Communication and Human Relations, a non profit organization, since 1990.

She is a trained Playback theatre actress and director and founder of Playback Nuevo group in Athens.

She has written a series of psychology books and children stories. She has participated in many national and international conferences and her work on the effects of stress is published in national and international scientific journals.

She is member of the Hellenic Psychological Society, Greek Psychologists Association, British Psychodrama Association, International Association of Group Psychotherapy and Processes.
