Ms. K. Kalambouka is a graduate of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace and holds a PhD from the same School Department for Business Law. She has also attended the postgraduate program in the UNIVERSITE CATHOLIQUE DE LOUVAIN – LOUVAIN LA – NEUVE BELGIUM on the field of European Law.

She speaks English and French fluently and holds the CAMBRIDGE FIRST CERTIFICATE IN ENGLISH (B2 level) and CERTIFICAT DE LANGUE FRANCAISE, respectively.

In March 2008 she was elected, for the first time, Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting and Finance in the TEI of Εastern Μacedonia and Τhrace (then TEI of Kavala). From August 2013 until today she has been an Associate Professor in the same Department.

At the same time, she is attorney-at-Law, and participates in numerous Greek and international conferences. From 2010 until today, she has organized the annual National Conferences on Legal Documentation of Socioeconomic Affairs. Besides, she was Chair-Editor in the International Conference on FINANCE, ACCOUNTING and LAW (Chania Crete Greece 2013 and Istanbul Turkey, December 2014).

She has published many works consisting of monographs and published scientific articles in Greek and foreign law journals on issues of medical and commercial law, and indicatively of health and cross-border care, consumer and patient protection, stem cell storage, unfair competition, electronic transactions etc.
